When will I see live data after subscribing?Â
You’ll start seeing live vehicle data immediately once your subscription is active. Â
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Our team is actively investigating other payment options, including using your tokens. Â
What if I don’t want to pay for a subscription?Â
You can still: Â
- Access the DIMO app and transfer tokens. Â
- Maintain staked tokens (locked per your agreed staking period). Â
But you’ll lose: Â
- Ability to earn tokens from vehicle data.
- Live vehicle data visibility.Â
Will I earn more rewards after subscribing?
Rewards are calculated based on DIP-2: Rewards Framework. Active subscriptions are required to earn rewards, but do not inherently increase reward rates. Â
Can I get a subscription write-off or exception?
No. Subscription fees are mandatory for data access and rewards. We do not offer payment exemptions or write-offs.Â

DIMO Pro (all features)
- R1/Tesla/AutoPi: $8.99/mo or $89.99/yr
- Macaron: $5.99/mo or $59.99/yr
DIMO Limited (no DIMO Mobile car tracking features, still earns rewards)
- R1/Tesla/AutoPi: $3.99/mo or $39.99/yr
- Macaron: $1.99/mo or $19.99/yr
What if my subscription duration displays incorrectly?
