DIMO FAQ

Updating the firmware on your DIMO Macaron only takes a few minutes. Follow these easy steps to update your device:&#xA0;Step 1: Unpair your Macaron from your vehicle<ul><li>In the DIMO mobile app, Go to Garage at the bottom of the screen. Select your vehicle &#x2192; Scroll down to Data Sources &#x2192; select your connection &#x2192; Remove connection</li></ul>Step 2: Re-pair your DIMO Macaron<ul><li>During this process, you&#x2019;ll be prompted to update your Macaron&#x2019;s firmware. This should take 2-3 minutes, after which your Macaron will restart.&#xA0;</li></ul>&#x1F389; You&#x2019;re done!&#xA0;Your DIMO Macaron is now paired with your vehicle and running the latest firmware.&#xA0;
